Do you ship worldwide?

No, as of right now, we only ship to the U.S & Canada

Where do you ship from?

Spooky Paradox is based and operated in the U.S

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, we ask that you request a change/cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. To do so, please reach out to us at info@spookyparadox.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accepted all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal & the shop plugin. If your desired payment method isn't listed, please contact us and we can try to work with you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to have orders delivered between 5-10 business days. However, this can vary as we get closer and closer to the holiday. We suggest that you place your order at least 2 weeks before Halloween to insure it arriving on time.
